Concerned about the dangerously slippery bathroom floor!!! A simple non-slip mat would prevent falls, no one enjoys choosing between safety and comfort while showering!!! A bit more thoughtful signage on hotel could enhance guest experience!!!

absolutely loved the slippery bathroom floor, it woudl ve been better suited for a waterpark! My husband and I had to place towels down just to shower safely. Not to mention, some kind of welcome gift woudl have been nice, I mean, we’re not here to just hang out like everyone else. Definitley not returning, just couldn’t recommend it.

The hotel has clean facilities and great employees.

During our stay, we encountered disruptive guests who were shouting and slamming doors late at night. The noise was unbearable, especially around 2 am. It completely ruined our last night.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious bathroom and the delightful breakfast waffles! However, I wished for more cups in the room. I'd definitely return again.

I loved the spacious bathroom with the glass doors and big mirror. The ergonomic chair and ample towels in the King Room. Plus, being just steps away from Tok's restaurant was a major highlight for my dining experience!

I enjoyed the King Room with City View. It had Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, Coffee machine, and free toiletries. The shower was great! Also, the location was super convenient for walking to a shopping mall and Tok’s restaurant. Perfect for grabbing some food. Would totally recommend this spot!

It was just a proper fit for a brief hiatus in Villahermosa with best value for money ratio. The staff were really friendly, which made check-in smooth and quick. Make sure to grab breakfast early, as it gets crowded later.
